EVEN THOUGH THE NUMBERS OF DEAD RUSSIAN ARE STAGGERING AT THIS POINT, THE NUMBERS OF SPENT AMMO SHELLS COMPARED TO DEAD RUSSIANS ARE EVEN MORE STAGGERING!
After almost two years of war the Russian casualty count as per the Ukrainian government is close to 400K and this is a really huge number as comparing to Afghanistan when only about 18K Russians died in 10 years.
Now, even though this is a great accomplishment for UA, in the end when you take the amount of ammo shells that it took to achieve this count you quickly see that the weapons that are being used in Ukraine right now are not "the best aimers" is a way to put it, at least most of them that is.
Since it is impossible to know exactly how many ammo shell and what types were used you can only go off of approximate numbers to try to figure things out but even with these numbers the amount of used ammo is millions and millions if not hundreds of millions compared to the 400K Russians and the thousands of destroyed or trophied pieces of equipment.
So when you take into consideration the sheer amount of ammunition it took to get this far and destroy this much you begin to question what it will take to continue to survive or what it would take to actually conquer the Russians back into Russia.
Even though the answer is not really easy to figure out you still know that it will probably a similar amount of ammo that it took to get to the two year mark for the next two years of wars.
This translates into hundreds of millions of more spent ammo shells that "ARE NOT THE BEST AIMERS" and everything else that is associated with creating the ammo, getting it into Ukraine and so on and so forth.
With this information you fully understand that there really is a serious need to create weapons that don't miss and only used those. But can something really be done to remedy to the extremely high amount of shells and make the numbers much smaller? The answer in my opinion is yes with the use of more modern weapons which I am not going to discuss here even though many of them are already available to the public's eyes.
THE MAIN POINT OF THIS ARTICLE
The main point of this article is to help you understand that the amount of ammunition used to cause the damage that has been caused so far to the Russians is really high when comparing the ammo count to the damage count and to hopefully instill into you the understanding that it is wise to use 'smarter ammo' in the future of this war and others.
